The Candy Cane Stripes Revisited

My first post was that semi-blurry picture of some candy cane striped fabric with some black stuff on it, half-assedly shot in a rush with my Iphone.

Well, this is what came out in the end!

The black floral is a waxed canvas, which was wonderful to work with! This was my first time pleating like that, it was a lot harder than I'd thought! Love the movement and life of it, though :)
